Two Hopi overlay letter knives. Both in TUCSON. The top one is 7.5 inches long and one half inch wide. By Anderson Koinva, the lower one is unsigned 7 inches long and just under 1.2 inch wide.

From left to right: Set with an unusual cut natural Royston turquoise, it measures 1.5 by 1 inch and is a size 11. $400. With a chiseled bezel, the next one is a size 9 1/2 and measures 1 1/4 by 1 1/8. Natural turquoise by Craig Agoodie, $300. Also by Craig is this ring set with natural turquoise from the Pilot Mountain Mine, size 9.5 and is $520. Lastly, a ring by Dean Brown that is set with natural turquoise from the Kingman region. A double ring of cuttlefish cast and sheet silver, by Samuel LaFountain. The cool thing about rings like this is that you do not need an exact ring size fit. 2.25 inches across. $875. (SANTA FE)

A mosaic ring of mother of pearl by Colin Coonsis. A size 6 1/2, it is just under 1 inch wide. $200. A striking men’s ring by Samuel LaFountain. Tufa cast, it measures 3/4 inch wide and a size 10 1/4. $300.

Set with a green turquoise, this ring probably is from the 1960s. Size 6. $65.

A ring set with natural spiderweb turquoise by Sunshine Reeves, arguably the most famous stampwork silversmith around. His work was awarded Best of Show at 1997 Santa Fe Indian Market and Best in Class in 1998. Just over a size 9 and $200. (SANTA FE)

Two rings by Ruben Saufkie. Three view of his maze ring. It is a size 11.5 and just barely under 3/4 of an inch wide. $400. His bear ring on a nice heavy shank is a size 7.5 and just over 0.65 inches across. $185. (BOTH IN SANTA FE)

A wonderfully asymmetric sandcast ring by Lorenzo Shirley. A size 9 it is set with a piece of natural Morenci turquoise that he cut. Approximately 1.5 by 1.5 inches. $600. (BOTH IN TUCSON) In the two photos at right, master silversmith Edison Cummings used fossilized ivory, turquoise, jet, salmon color coral and deep red coral with a 14kt gold ball. 2 inches long and a size 9 1/4. $1875. (SANTA FE) A mosaic ring by master silversmith Robert Sorrell, inlaid with natural turquoise and an accent of coral. it measures 1.5 by 1 1/8 and is a size 8 1/2. $675. (TUCSON)

A Navajo made turquoise and spiny oyster shell cluster ring. It is a size 6.75 and is $175. Next is a coral cluster ring by Jimmy R. Yazzie. This one is a size 7 and $240. (Both in SANTA FE) Two incredibly inlaid ring bands by Shane Beeshligaii, who learned this technique from his father, Alex Beeshligaii. Both are a size 9 and one is just under 1/2 inch wide and the other just over 1/2 inch wide. (He does accept special orders so one can be made to your size.) $420 each. (BOTH IN TUCSON)

The sandcast star cufflinks are 1 inch across and $48.Next is a pair of sterling and 14k cufflinks by renowned Navajo silversmith Arland Ben. 5/5 square, they are $600. The incredibly blue natural Kingman turquoise cufflinks are by Nana Ping, 7/8 by 5/8+ $400. Tohono O’odham silversmith Rick Manuel created this Man in the Maze tie tack, 1 inch in diameter. $200 (TUCSON)

The first two rings in this row were made by Loyolita Othole-Tsattie from Zuni Pueblo. The one set with blue turquoise is a size 9 3/4 while the one with green turquoise is a size 9 1/4. Each $165. The dragonfly ring is by Lee Charley, it has an infinity band (adjustable). The dragonfly measures 2 7/8 inches wide and is $675. Four beautiful rings with adjustable shanks (from around a size 5 to a size 9 1/2) by Steve Yellowhorse. Each one has striking (excuse the play on words) stamp work details. The first one is set with an atypical piece of Bisbee turquoise. $172. (Tucson) Next up is one with a beautiful piece of turquoise (Steve couldn’t remember what mine) $200. From left to right: This ring has both water and cloud motifs. By Elmer Satala, a size 8 and 1 1/8 inch long. $85. (TUCSON)  This older ring (1970s) is set with a greener shade of turquoise, probably from one of the Nevada Mines. Size 8 1/2 and 1 3/8 inch long. $140. (SANTA FE) The artist used an electric engraver to put his or her name and date on the back. Unfortunately placement of the ring shank rendered the name unreadable. Dated May 1976. A very nice piece of turquoise but I can’t make a decent guess as to which mine. Size 8 and 1.25 inches long. $145 (SANTA FE)

The first two, made by Steve Yellowhorse, have adjustable shanks which can be sized up or down. The one with the lighter blue stone is $240 while the other is $260. Navajo jewelry artist Steve Yellowhorse made this adjustable ring set with a fabulous piece of dichroic glass.1 3/8 by 7/8 inches, it’s a size 8 but can easily be slide adjusted up or down two full sizes. $250.
