Beatien's 7 year old great-grandson, Azriel Tsosie painted this while working in his grandfather Irving's studio. It earned second prize in the children's (under 18) painting division of the 2009 Gallup Ceremonial. (It comes with the ribbon) Image area is 9 by 6 inches and the price is $150.

Storyteller, an acrylic on canvas by Navajo artist Albert Jim.   12 by 20 inches.   $750.



A wonderful work, entitled "Pollen" by the internationally acclaimed artist Emmi Whitehorse.   Oil pastel on paper on canvas, the image area is 28 by 39 inches.   Dated 1995.   $5000.   (Other works and the galleries which represent her can be found at www.ewhitehorse.com)


A lithograph of a Navajo man wearing a Chief's blanket pattern weaving, by the late Clifford Beck (1945-1995).   It is #67 in an edition of 100.   19 by 25 inches.   $400.


"Anasazi Parrots" by Joe Herrera (1921-2001) of Cochiti.   This serigraph was created by him in 1993.   Mr Herrera, the son of Tonita Herrera (the first woman painter in the Pueblos to gain recognition), was awarded Les Palmes d'Academiques by the French government in 1954 in recognition of his ground-breaking artwork.   16 by 20 inches.   $800.


Beatien Yazz's son, the versatile and talented Irving Toddy, is the artist for this piece entitled "Going For Coffee".   The image area measures 5.75 by 7.5 inches.   $220.


These glassspirit figures and Hopi maidens were created by Hopi artist Ramson Lomatewama (click here for more information on both the artist and the figures) at his studio just outside the village of Hotevilla on Third mesa.     Each one is unique; some have a piece of dichroic glass in them as well, refracting light in a variety of hues.
